    The following credit cards can be used at DALLOTT (VISA, MASTER, MAESTRO, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express)

    If your order is confirmed by 6:00 PM (Australia time), you will receive an email on the same day.

    Orders placed after 6pm are the next day.

  • Stripe Payment

    We use Stripe payment system to maintain the safety and security of the transaction.

    1. Once your order has been placed, Customers can make payment by Stripe Payments.

    2. Stripe Payments is a payment processing platform. It allows you to transfer money from a customer’s bank account into your business’s account by way of a credit or debit card transaction.

    3. Once the payment is completed, the payment will be automatically processed and the product will be purchased.

    Points to note

    * For overseas remittances from Australia to the UK, it usually takes 2 to 6 days to confirm.

    * Overseas remittance fees will be borne by TQOON UK Corporation (Recipient). (Please select " Recipient" for the fee burden at the time of remittance)

    * As soon as payment is confirmed in the UK, we will start purchasing the product.

    * If you cancel your order after payment, you will be responsible for the refund fee.

    * When sending money, be sure to keep a copy of the overseas remittance you receive from the bank.

  • Do I have to pay customs duties separately?

    We will bear the customs duty. There is no cost to pay by the customer other than the product price.

  • How do you clear customs? Do I need documents for customs clearance?

    We are responsible for customs clearance. There are no separate documents to prepare by the customer.
